Summary:
We have conducted a systematic synthetic study of scattering attenuation in a stochasticdeterministic model of an evolving fractured network. Scattering attenuation is estimated using the spectral ratio method for each state as a function of frequency and attempt to fit polynomials to the measured attenuation based on a statistical method of the Bayesian Information Criterion.
