Summary:
The method of determining the reduced mudflow collective risk based on the calculation of average space-time probability of mudflows, partial total area of alluvial fans of mud over the period, plane of maximum destruction, population density, coefficient that takes into account the availability of protective systems in the area. Built cartogram assessments resulted of debris risks to administrative-territorial units (town and city councils).
