Summary:
In present study both seismological tomography and deep seismic sounding velocities inversion used for evaluation of quantitative composition of Earth's crust and uppermost mantle. To reach this objective we apply numerical methods of elastic properties and density calculation for multi-component rocks in given temperature and pressure conditions. The inverse problem was resolved for 1D averaged models separately above and beneath Moho border. Some differences of composition for upper crust were shown on example of the central part of Ukrainian shield. In uppermost mantle, IASP model was examined to understand applicability of known petrological models.
