As three dimensional (3D) NMR spectrum could provide distributions of longitudinal relaxation time (T1), transverse relaxation time (T2) and diffusivity (D) simultaneously, it greatly improves the capacity of fluid identification, typing and quantitative evaluation. However, several challenges, which significantly hindering its wide applications, still exist. One of them is the expensive time and memory cost of the current 3D NMR inversion algorithms. In this paper, a novel 3D NMR inversion, namely randomized singular value decomposition (RSVD), was introduced. It could reduce the memory occupation and ensure the computational efficiency and accuracy. To further speed up the computational speed, window averaging technique (WA) is also adopted in this paper. Because of the efficiency and stability of this novel algorithm and the optimized method, the current research in this paper would further promote the widespread application of 3D NMR.
