Summary:
A complex of laboratory surveillance has been held on collection of samples from the well № 3 (in the interval of 144-272 m) of Pishchanska iron-ore structure of Middle Byh. Well rocks are represented mostly by pyroxene-magnetite crystalline schist. Incoming results of magnetic surveillance of samples collection allowed making a few conclusions about properties of examined rocks and their composition. Increase of magnetic susceptibility with depth has been discovered (from 600*10-3 SI units in average in the interval of 140-220 m depth to 1300*10-3 SI units in the depth more than 270 m). Data from thermomagnetic surveillance allowed stating that the structure of magnetite is not isotropic and some of the grains have hematite presence in them, which affects the increase of Curie point on 30-60 ºС. Totally, it is necessary to mention the inhomogeneity of magnetic properties of examined rocks, which points on the heterogeneity of their composition, which determines complex metamorphic and tectonic processes, which were complemented on the formation of Pishchanka structure. Surveillance results necessitate deeper rock analysis, including detailed examination of physical properties anisotropy of samples.
