Summary:
This research is regarding the construction and analysis of a three-dimensional velocity model in the lithosphere in the territory of the Ukrainian Shield of the Kirovograd ore region based on the results of deep seismic sounding. Four regional profiles and one geotraverse were used as the input parameters for the model. 3D Volumetric velocity modeling was provided by the different approximation methods taking into account known geological data.
