A key technology of high resolution seismic exploration is absorption attenuation compensation in near surface medium, and to build a relatively high accuracy near surface Q model. In view of the shortcomings of the method of setting up the Q model in the conventional attenuation compensation processing, a new Q value estimation method is proposed. First, a new type of observation system with multi well micro logging and ground joint is adopted to estimate the fine Q value of the investigation points by the multiple information of the refraction and transmission waves. Then, the relative Q value of the whole area is estimated by statistical inversion based on the data of the first break of the shooting. Finally, the information fusion strategy is applied to integrate the precise Q value and the relative Q value of the investigation point, and the accurate Q model is established. The inverse Q filter is used to compensate attenuation and improve the resolution of seismic data. Through the practical application of in northern Tahe oilfield,we obtained the near surface Q model and broaden the pre-stack seismic reflection wave compensation more than 20Hz. Seismic reflected wave amplitude and frequency characteristics improved significantly,interlayer information more rich.
